What’s your service and service cost for used car?
In general, our service is to help you buy a favorable used car from China. Our service cost is 3% of the car price, minimum 600 USD, the service includes arrange onsite checking for the used car, arrange domestic and international transportation, custom declaration documentation preparation and custom declaration in China. The total payment includes: the car price, onsite checking fee, transportation fee and our service fee.

How can I choose a favorable used car?
Firstly, you need to choose several used cars on the China Used Car Website. We will call those sellers for the first round of car condition confirmation. Some of them can provide a video report on car condition. In this round, we will filter some used cars for the second round of on-site checking since the seller could be cheating or not clearly describing the car’s condition.

What is the buying procedure?
After you choose a favourable used car, we will make a contract with you, and you pay 100 USD for the onsite checking fee and 1000 USD for a payment guarantee through a quick payment method. After we confirm it is a good used car, we will book this car immediately, otherwise it could also be bought by other people. After we booked the car, you can pay the full payment. Once we get the full payment, we will return the guarantee to you. We will purchase it finally, arrange custom declaration in China and transport it to your appointed location.

What’s the procedure to order a new car from China?
Firstly, you choose the model you want, and we provide you with a quotation. After you agree to the quotation, we will make a contract with you. After signing the contract, you need to pay at least 30% as the down payment. After the car arrives at the China Port, you need to pay us the balance.

Is there any warranty whilst buying a new car?
There is no warranty, but we will respond to your questions promptly and support you in fixing the issues. We can also help you place an order for spare parts.
