On September 1st, the Jike 001 FR made its debut and opened for blind orders, with deliveries scheduled to commence in late October, limited to a maximum of 99 units per month. The new model boasts a high-performance package on top of its regular version.
In terms of exterior design, the new car has undergone lightweight modifications, with added carbon fiber aerodynamic elements on the front lip, side skirts, roof, rear diffuser, and spoiler. It is also equipped with lightweight alloy wheels paired with Brembo carbon-ceramic brake discs. Additionally, red accents have been added to multiple areas, including the front lip and rear diffuser, while the rear features a prominent wing, giving it an air of anticipation. The vehicle will ride on 22-inch tires and feature front 10-piston and rear 4-piston calipers, along with KW coilover dampers.
Moving inside, the new model will be equipped with the 8295 intelligent cabin computing platform and will continue to feature a 15.4-inch central touchscreen paired with an 8.8-inch digital instrument cluster. Furthermore, the steering wheel has been enhanced with additional driving mode buttons. The interior will also showcase a generous use of premium leather and carbon fiber materials.
When it comes to powertrain, the new car employs a four-motor distributed electric drive system. The dual front motors deliver a maximum power output of 422 horsepower, while the dual rear motors generate an impressive 843 horsepower, resulting in a combined output of 1265 horsepower and a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 2.5 seconds. The vehicle is equipped with a full-stack 800V high-voltage system, featuring four-wheel torque vectoring control, WeChat communication technology, and even the ability to perform tank turns.
