Satisfaction: I have always believed that the design of Korean cars is very unique, dynamic and youthful, yet still domineering. Compared with the previous generation K3, the current K3 looks more powerful. The front face looks a bit intimidating, more or less like a shark. The lines on the side of the body are also very beautiful, highlighting the sense of layering. The tail is relatively simple but still looks very sharp. If you put the logo of this car on, many people will probably think it is a luxury car.
Dissatisfaction: There are a few things I am not satisfied with. The first is that the paint is thin. In the first month after I got the car home, I accidentally scraped it against a Volkswagen Lavida. When I got out of the car to check, I found that the primer of the Lavida was not exposed, but the primer of my K3 was. I felt embarrassed. The second is that the tire noise is not well controlled. As long as the car speed is a little faster, the tire noise will become louder and louder. Especially when driving on the highway, I feel that the tire noise is particularly annoying.
Space:
Power: I think the 1.4T power is enough for this 1.2-ton car. You can start easily by lightly pressing the accelerator, without any feeling of slowness. If you feel that the power is not enough, you can step on the accelerator more deeply. When the speed goes up, its turbine will also start. At this time, the power will burst out to help you complete the acceleration. When fully loaded, the power will be slightly weaker, and you can only rely on stepping on the accelerator more to make up for the shortcoming in displacement.
Fuel Consumption: During the running-in period, the fuel consumption was about 8 liters. At that time, I felt that this car was quite fuel-efficient. After the running-in period, the fuel consumption gradually decreased by about half a liter. Now the fuel consumption is 7.5 liters. I feel that it is still too fuel-efficient. After all, this is still too great for a working class person like me.
Appearance:
Interior: The interior design is rather mediocre, without any particular highlights. The piano paint part of the interior is easily scratched, so you need to pay more attention if you care.

Everything is based on affordability. And although this car is cheap, the interior does not feel cheap. The configuration is also quite high, with trunk sensing, cruise control, automatic air conditioning and so on. So this is how Korean cars are characterized by low prices and high configurations. In terms of appearance, the K3 has become more sporty after this facelift, with a bit of the flavor of Mercedes-Benz AMG. The most important point is that the K3 uses the most popular through-type taillights, which are very cool and extremely recognizable at night. The price of around 100,000 is quite worth it.
Dissatisfaction: What I am most dissatisfied with are some of the shortcomings of this car. It is a little sluggish when starting, and I have to step on the gas deeper. The sound insulation is also not very good. It is okay when driving in the city, but once on the highway, the wind noise is quite loud, and I have to turn on the music to cover it up. The last point is the shock absorption. I don't know if it is because of the chassis or the tires, but when encountering some roads with poor road conditions, the bumps are quite obvious, which affects the riding experience. Kia should pay more attention to this issue in the future.
Space: The space of this car is just right, not too big, not too narrow. The space in the front row is at the level of this car class. I am not tall, about 1.77 meters, and I feel quite comfortable sitting in the driver's seat with a good sitting posture. But the situation in the back row is not so optimistic. It is okay for those with a thin stature, but not for those who are a little fat like my dad. It will be a bit cramped. The trunk is okay, it is quite deep and very practical.
Power: personally feel that this power system is a bit weak. The 1.5L 115 horsepower is barely enough. Anyway, I usually drive in the city and cannot drive too fast within the speed limit. It's just that it's a bit sluggish when starting, especially when starting at traffic lights, I'm always a step behind others. Other things are okay. The acceleration in the middle and late stages is much better than at the start, and the response is still fast.
Fuel Consumption: The fuel consumption was a bit high when I first picked up the car, until after eight o'clock. Now after driving for a while, the fuel consumption has slowly dropped. It is now around 7 per 100 kilometers, which is acceptable. It is about the same as the fuel consumption of my friend's Corolla. In fact, Korean cars are also quite fuel-efficient.
Appearance: Compared with the old model, the appearance has become more fashionable. The main changes are in the front face. The center grille is a vertical chrome strip, which gives a bit of a Mercedes-Benz AMG feel. The lines of the body are also much more prominent than before. The highlight of this car's appearance is the through-type taillights at the rear, which is really cool when driving at night.
Interior: The interior design is relatively simple, which matches the price. There are more hard plastic materials in the car, and the gear lever is painted piano black. The workmanship looks good.
