Satisfaction: Of course, I am most satisfied with the appearance. In the early 2000s, there were few coupes on the street. At that time, I drove the CLK out and got a lot of attention, which satisfied my vanity. Of course, the appearance is a bit outdated now. The seats are quite comfortable, the padding is very soft, and you feel like you are sinking in when you sit on them. The brake pedal feels good, the brakes are very linear, and the braking force at the rear is also very good. The texture of the interior buttons is good, and the buttons don't feel loose when you use them.
Dissatisfaction: The driving vision is a little bit poor, the sitting position is relatively low, and the window area is also a little bit small. It feels a bit cramped when driving in the city, and the vision is greatly affected when following a slightly larger SUV. The dashboard is white, which looks weird, neither luxurious nor sporty, and has a sense of neither fish nor fowl. The legroom in the back row is too small, and it is very depressing for adults to sit in it. The tire noise is relatively loud. When driving on the highway, the most obvious noise in the car is the tire noise, which affects the riding experience.
Space: The space is not bad. For a coupe, the front row space is quite spacious. I didn't feel any sense of oppression when I sat in it. The width of the car is relatively wide, so the lateral space inside the car is quite good. The rear row space is very average. It is very uncomfortable for adults to sit in it. The head feels very oppressive. If you are a little taller, your hair basically touches the ceiling. It is also very difficult to get in and out of the second row. The storage space inside the car is okay. The space of the armrest box and glove box is relatively large.
Power: Mine is the CLK280 model, equipped with a 3.0 naturally aspirated engine. Although the displacement sounds relatively large, to be honest, the power is about the same as the current high-power 2.0 engine. Fortunately, the power output of this large-displacement engine is very good, and those small-displacement turbochargers, this large-displacement naturally aspirated power output is obviously smoother, and the engine has a relatively strong stamina. The low torque is not good, and the starting power is not too smooth, but the high-speed power is not bad, especially the mid-to-late acceleration, the power can make you overtake very calmly and confidently.
Fuel Consumption: The 3.0 engine has a relatively high fuel consumption in urban areas, with an average fuel consumption of around 15 liters in urban areas and around 12 liters on highways.
Appearance: The appearance was very eye-catching back then, but now it looks a bit old-fashioned. The overall appearance is well-proportioned, and the front of the car is relatively long.
